Cantillon Zwanze Day 2026 at The Silver Stamp
Saturday April 25th – Opening at 10 AM
We’re honored to once again participate in Cantillon Zwanze Day — a worldwide celebration of Brasserie Cantillon and their Zwanze release.
This year features two special lambics — a blanche and a rouge — inspired by classic vermouth styles.
We’ll be opening early at 10 AM, with the official worldwide toast taking place at 12PM (Las Vegas time).
How it will work:
• First come, first serve — no ticketed entry
• Guests are welcome to line up before 10 AM
• At opening, guests will enter and order at the bar as usual
For those who arrive early:
• A Zwanze set (one blanche + one rouge) will be available for pre-purchase at the bar at opening
• Pre-purchasing the set guarantees your pours and includes a wristband
• Wristbands are limited to one set per person and must be purchased in person
Pre-purchasing is only available during the initial opening rush and will end once the opening line has been served
After that, all pours will be available to order normally while supplies last
All pours will be served as 6 oz pours
In addition to the Zwanze release, we will be featuring a full Cantillon draft and bottle lineup throughout the day.
About this year’s Zwanze beers, from Jean:
“We worked with three young men who began producing vermouth in the traditional way four years ago under the name Vermouth Sullivan.
Paul, Florian, and Vincent created a different elixir for each of the two Zwanze Cantillon beers.
Artémis La Blanche is a blend of an elixir made from gentian, coriander, rhubarb root, juniper, sage, angelica, wormwood, and many other herbs blended with Lambic.
Artémis La Rouge is a blend of an elixir made from verbena, marjoram, rose, apple, curry plant, wormwood, and many other herbs, blended with Kriek.
Both beers have an alcohol content of 7%.
The name Artémis was chosen for this beer because of its connection with absinthe, or Artemisia, a plant that is an essential ingredient in the herbal, plant and root infusions used to make Vermouth.
Artémis is the goddess of hunting and nature in Greek mythology.
The labels were designed by Flo, graphic designer at Sullivan, and Ammo, graphic designer at Cantillon.”
Zwanze toast note from Jean:
“People can choose which beer but it’s probably better to start with the red one because the white is more bitter and could disturb the Kriek tasting.”
