What can I say…. We recently had the incredible opportunity to host Cantillon’s Zwanze Day 2024. We were 1 of 28 bars selected in the United States to serve an experimental, fun, one-of-a-kind lambic with seaweed. We poured a beautiful selection of Cantillon drafts and bottles for a room full of lambic lovers. At 12pm we raised our glasses for a special toast with Cantillon and all those participating around the world. Hosting this was an experience I only dreamed of being a part of. My love of lambic drove Andrew and me to visit Cantillon in Belgium years ago on one of their brew days. We watched the coolship fill, enjoyed delicious lambic, and met the owners. It was surreal. Flash forward to Zwanze Day 2024 🤯. Thank you to everyone who came to our little bar in Vegas to celebrate. A day that means more to me than most will know!

Almost 5 years ago to the day we travelled to Belgium and visited Oud Beersel, meeting owner Gert Christiaens. We never thought we’d have the opportunity to host him at our bar in Vegas (swipe!). What a surreal experience from then to now. Truly one of our favorite lambic producers. We love Oud Beersel 🤎🤎🤎
